Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Vault Fashion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at vaultfashion97@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
